HYVA’s Titan 2.0 Skiploader arms are designed to maximise your working area, reduce the risk of misalignment and simplify loading, tipping and stacking containers on trailers. The result is a safer, smoother workflow and a noticeable boost in productivity.

The redesigned arms are lighter yet stronger, offering increased telescopic reach. This extended reach allows operators to load between containers on a trailer without the need for extra accessories, and to load or unload an empty container over a loaded one. These capabilities save valuable time when switching containers on a truck, trailer or on the ground.

Each lifting arm is mounted on a precisely robot-welded platform for superior strength and build quality. The high-tensile steel floor provides the durability you need while keeping weight low, allowing for a higher payload. Telescopic hoses are protected inside the arms, preventing damage to the container and ensuring long-lasting reliability.

The Titan Radio Remote (TRR) gives operators an unrestricted view of the work area and greater control over every movement. Designed for one-hand or two-hand use, this ergonomic controller simplifies delicate handling and supports precise hydraulic load sensing, fast lift-off and simultaneous operation of the support legs, main arms and telescopic arms.

With the TRR, operators can work more safely by avoiding potential hazards, using proportional controls to position containers with accuracy, and relying on the built-in Anti-Buckling Safety system with electronic interlocks for emergency stops. The TRR also allows you to start, stop or modulate engine power, helping reduce fuel use and environmental impact.

Carry heavier payloads confidently with a high-strength, low-weight steel system that keeps you within legal limits. The new cranked TAZ lifting arm design improves manoeuvrability and precision during loading and positioning, while enhanced safety features protect operators in demanding environments. Installation time is drastically reduced thanks to fully boltable mounting kits, and high-quality, factory-finished surface treatments support long-term durability.
